At SEFI, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your activewear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all SEFI tags intact and include the packing slip provided in your portal download.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
